I'm using visual studio 2010 professional edition under windows 7 enterprise. After installed the 1.8 highlighterr, I found there are two "Highlighterr" appears in the context menu of text editor.

What happened?

That's quite strange.. The only reason I can think of that could cause this to happen is if somehow there are two instances of Highlighterr installed/running, how that can happen, I have no idea.. But I'd try reinstalling Highlighterr (ie. completely remove it from Extension Manager, close Visual Studio, and then run the vsix file again).

Let me know if you have any success..

Ah ... I also encounter this problem. I found this morning, and Highlighterr tells me unable to open SDF. I think the problem might be caused "unable to open SDF" reasons.
Maybe should add some code about "Avoid repeated loading" into Highlighterr.
